Cancellation Policy: We know that unanticipated events happen sometimes. We ask for your courtesy in giving 24 hours notice of cancellations. There is a 50% non-refundable charge for cancellations made less than 12 hours before a scheduled appointment, and a 100% non-refundable charge for cancellations less than 2 hours before a scheduled appointment and for ‘No-Shows’. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Late Arrivals:  If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session that was originally booked. Out of consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
